Senior Programmer and Systems Architect
Don has more than seventeen years experience in software design, programming and implementation from a system’s analyst, software engineering and management perspective. He has an in-depth understanding of how software is designed, from the initial system’s architecture through development and implementation. Don specializes in technologies such as ASP, .NET, .NET compact framework, C#, Soap/XML Web services, COM, DCOM, RPC, Java, Crystal Report Version 6,7,8,9,10, SQLServer 2000, Oracle Version 7,8,9, Visual Basic 6, Unix C, Bourne Shell, Korn Shell and Perl.

Jenni Mulligan – Director
Senior HSE Systems Analyst and Project Manager
Jenni has over thirteen years experience in designing, developing, reviewing, and auditing management systems across a range of industries. Specialising in health, safety and environment management systems, Jenni possesses a detailed understanding of legislation and management system trends, issues and contemporary risk based principals. These skills are supported by a solid understanding of the key processes and methodologies associated with the analysis, review and design of information management systems and the supporting technology. Additionally, Jenni provides project management, change management, training needs analysis, workshop development and facilitation services.

Peter Ripper –
Client Manager & Technical Support
Peter has twenty years experience in administration and management activities in the information technology, scientific and medical industries. This has given him an excellent understanding of the internal administration processes involved in a functional business which has specific and mandatory deliverables. Peter is responsible for the management of Systar’s internal administrative processes and technical infrastructure. Peter has also been key in the development of administrative and technical processes, documentation and tools to support our major projects and clients.

Noémie Sparfel -
Client Services & Technical Support
Noémie completed a Bachelor of Economics and Social Science at the University of Amiens (France) in 2004, majoring in Statistics. Since then Noémie has worked in various administrative roles in France and Australia in the events management and banking industries. Noémie has an aptitude for and interest in data management, statistical analysis and IT. This, coupled with her bilingual French/English language capabilities, her administrative skills and “can do” attitude are a welcome contribution to Systar’s growing client support needs. |

Clara Otero – Web Designer and Client Service
Originally from Argentina, Clara has worked in South America, the United Kingdom and now in Australia as a graphic and web designer.
Clara has ten years experience in graphic design, website development and designing user interfaces and navigation schemes.
Clara’s bilingual language skills, great customer skills and technical aptitude makes her a valuable member of both Systar’s technical and client support teams.

Caroline Campbell -
Client Services & Technical Support
Caroline has over sixteen years experience in the IT Industry. Caroline has been involved in the day to day technical support in large IT organisations. Her friendly manner led her into the role as Software Instructor, where she presented training courses for personnel and customers.
For the last 10 years Caroline has established herself in a software testing role, using her experience from many years of support and training. She has been able to quickly familiarise herself with new products, procedures and policies.
Caroline’s experience, product knowledge and her ability to understand customer’s needs and requirements enables her to assist with the delivery of a quality product. |

Judy Kraatz– Terrella Consulting & Sustainable Development
Judy has over ten years experience in sustainability, building upon a previous decade of practice as a registered architect. This most recent experience is both in research and development, and in the delivery of architectural and urban projects. A key focus has been embedding sustainability in corporate processes as well as project outcomes, developing requisite change processes and frameworks to ensure long-term commitment to sustainable outcomes. She is currently undertaking full-time doctoral work, researching methods for ‘value mapping’ from corporate objectives to project delivery for major economic infrastructure projects. |
